Question : Hi is there a natural remedy for cold sores on lips? Herpes? Something that might help without medication?

Hi there,
Thanks for using HCM.
Cold sores are due to herpes infection.
These lesions are self limiting and will heal within a week. So there is no need for any medications.
If there is redness and pain and swelling place a cool wet towel for 20 minutes 3 times a day.
