Suggest Natural Remedies For Fibromyalgia

default
Posted on Tue, 14 Mar 2017
Question: I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia or one of the diseases close to it. I have researched its symptoms, etc. What can I do to alleviate the widespread pain and the loss of sleep?

The research on-line: rest, exercise, water therapy, massage, etc. And, of course Lyrica. What about herbs and/or supplements?

Brief Answer:
Add fluoxetine to your treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

First of all send me all reports of investigations which you have undergone.

For fibromyalgia I advise you to have tab. fluoxetine along with medicine you are already taking, it will alleviate negative thoughts, fatigue and improve you from pain and insomnia etc.

I also advise to have local remedies include:

Capsaicin oil or ointment on your skin can help to activate the nerves in your muscle.

Add Ginger tea, pumpkin seeds, white beans, spinach to diet, they will provide you magnesium which very important for patients of fibromyalgia.

Natural remedies including siberian ginseng, grape seed extract will also help you, but you have to consult your doctor before using this as these remedies need observation of doctor.

I also advise you to have herb known as valerian, for normal sleep pattern.

I hope it helps.

Thanks,
