3) Any diet you will suggest

Brief Answer:
Need Vitamin D3 supplements.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
1. You have low levels of Vitamin D3 and since you are also having pains in your joints and hands, it is best to start taking the proper medicine immediately. It cannot be cured without a medicine.
2. You need to take a XXXXXXX of vitamin D with milk or curd once a week for 8 weeks and then once a month. Each XXXXXXX contains 60,000 IU of vitamin D. After 8 weeks do get the levels tested again to find the progress.
3. The foods you need to take include yogurt, milk, dry fruits- dates & almonds, apples, soybean, broccoli, red grapes, peanuts, ragi, turnip, oatmeal and sesame seeds.
4. You need to abstain from alcohol and smoking, avoid caffeine - tea, coffee, colas.
5. Take calcium and vitamin D3 supplements as prescribed by your orthopedician.
I hope this answers your query.
