There is no such options at all.

Detailed Answer:

Thank you for the query.

There is no such option. Hernia is a structural issue. It is a hole in the abdominal wall. Such hole can not be closed with any exercises.
The hole must be closed with either stitches or mesh. It can be done with laparoscopy or classic incision.
