Question: 2 months back, my wife underwent Laproscopic Hysterectomy. During this surgery, one uretor got punctured in lower segment (towards bladder). The doctors put Stent right from Kydney into the bladder.
During this process, the leakage was drained out through a pigtail into a urobag put outside the stomach. For one month, she continuously suffered from fever. Even after continuous antibiotic treatment for one month, some abscess remained near bladder and vaginal canal. This caused VVF and urine incontinence started from last 10 days. As per doctor, she may will have to undergo one more lap. surgery to repair this VVF.
Is there any NON SURGICAL way to close this fistula?
If yes, can you pl help me out. I will follow
