Brief Answer:
Cetirizine will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Antihistamine which is comparatively non sedative like Cetrizine will be helpful. I would also suggest the following non pharmacological measures that will relieve the symptoms of cold

1. Warm Saline Gargling: Add 2 spoons of salt to glass of lukewarm water and gargle 3-4 times a day
2. Tablet Cetirizine 10 mg which is usually available as over the counter medication will be helpful
3. Decoction: 1 cup of milk+ 1 teaspoon turmeric+ 2 gm of ginger+ 10 leaves of tulsi+ 2 black pepper+ 2 spoon sugar, bring it to boil. Serve it hot to her, few sips at a time. To take it 4 times a day.
4. Steam inhalation for 15 minutes every session 4 times a day
