Antibiotics used in treating chlamidia are Azithromycin and doxycycline which are not available over the counter, because these medicines have to be prescribed after
physical examination and confirmed diagnosis.

Azithromycin 500mg is enough but depending on lab tests.
HIV(elisa) is also mandatory test to be done.....
