Suggest Pain Medication For Relief Of Painful Arthritic Knees

Question : I am looking for a pain killing combination to give me extra relief of my regular pain of arthritic knees; It was recommended to me to take my usual Tramadol, but the regular strength of 50 mg (instead of the 25 mg that I am using.) and also 2 500 mg Tylenol in the evening and 2 Aleve in the morning. that should give me relieve for about 5-6 hours (skiing !!!)
