Brief Answer:
add paracetamol or switch to celebrex or narcotic

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Kidney stones/nephrolithiasis---(1) If an ultrasound was done, it would have indicated the size of the stone. If it is 4 mm or less, it has a 80% chance of passing on its own

This can drop as they get larger but still, most can still pass easily

(2)the aleve or ibuprofen are fine for short term relief of your pain. It these are not helping, add paracetamol/tylenol along with the aleve or ibuprofen, may helpful. They would work together

Celebrex is another member of this family that is stronger and may be needed if there is no improvement.

If there is still significant pain, narcotic pain killers may be needed. this would require a prescription from your doctor

The short term use of these medications would not have a permanent effect on your blood pressure or may not have an effect at all.

(3)fluids, fluids, fluids

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
