hello and welcome to HCM. thanks for writing in to us with your health query.
precautions advised are as follows-
avoid any activity which causes strain like lifting heavy objects, buckets , etc
in case of even slight spotting report to your obstetrician
keep count of daily fetal movements , it should be more than 10 per day. Incase of any decrease in count report to doctor .
caesarean delivery advised as the mode of choice for labour.
