Question: Had High pressure 100/150, Kindly suggest medicine,what type of precaution should need and what the diet should prefer. Kindly assist ASAP.

Brief Answer: Low salt and less water Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. Low salt diet and reducing the intake of fluids would help to reduce the blood pressure to some extent. You may need to be placed on medication specially one with combination of angiotensin II receptor antagonist and a diuretic. This would be a better combination to start with. Regards,
