Brief Answer:
No exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
First and most important thing, no weight lifting, forward bending or sudden jerky movement of spine. It can damage spinal cord. Only exercise which is allowed is walking.
Diet should be rich in protein, like egg, chicken and fish. Also take B complex tablet specially pyridoxine.
Precautions are avoid tracellywith bike or bus. Wear a belt or brace. I would suggest you to bed rest. TB drugs should not be stopped without doctor's permission. They need to be taken for at least one year. Repeat x ray every two months and ESR test to see if drug is effective. Also take liv 52tablet for liver.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other follow up questions.
Thanks
