Brief Answer:
Renal stone

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir,

I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but your reports show a small renal stone and a possible urinary tract infection. Since medications did not improve your condition then I would recommend that you consider lithotripsy to break the stone into small pieces that will easily pass with urine and I would also recommend that you get a urine culture to detect which antibiotic will help cure the infection if any is present. In the mean while you can take an analgesic as ibuprofen tablets 200 mg every eight hours.

I hope you find this helpful..

Brief Answer:
According to the result

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, hello again.. if the urine culture confirms the presence of an infection then you will need a prescription for an antibiotic course for continuous fourteen days to clear the infection then schedule for a lithotripsy procedure to break the stone into small parts that will pass easily with urine.. if the urine culture excluded the presence of infection then you should go for the lithotripsy directly.. I hope you find this helpful..

Brief Answer:
Infection confirmed

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, hello again.. the urine culture reveals the presence of an infection but did not specify the type of the infection or the antibiotics the infection is sensitive to.. So, I would recommend that you get back to your doctor for a prescription of an antibiotic course for 14 days followed by a follow up urine culture to ensure elimination of the infection. once infection eliminated then you should schedule for a session of lithotripsy to break the stone into small pieces that will pass easily with urine.. I hope you find this helpful..

Brief Answer:
Sensitivity test

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am, the test results did not show the sensitivity test which is needed to determine which antibiotic will treat your infection best. However, once the results of sensitivity test appear, you will need to refer to your doctor for a perscribtion of this antibiotic. I hope you find this helpful..
