Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

MDD and panic disorder are both treated long-term with an antidepressant. Luvox is an antidepressant. However, your dose is low at 50mg. This can be increased slowly up to a maximum dose of 300mg, so you have plenty of room to increase the dose to improve your symptoms. Klonopin can be used safely for short-term panic relief, however this should not be used for more than 8 weeks due to risk of addiction, tolerance, and rebound anxiety. Ambien can be helpful for sleep, so this could be helpful for you as insomnia is often a symptom of depression.
