Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take oral and topical antibiotics.
You can take tablet cefixime 200 mg twice daily for 5 days and apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment or fusidic acid cream on the boil twice daily for 5-7 days.
For pain you can take tablet ibuprofen or diclofenac.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
