Question : I'm a 22 year old male. About 2 days ago I was trimming my pubic hair. I got a bit careless with the razor and I accidentally cut my right testicle. The blade penetrated the skin about 1/10 centimeters deep but I was holding my testicles at an angle and the right testicle was pressed against the skin when it was penetrated. I almost didn't realize I cut myself as there was very little pain and only a single bead of blood came from the cut. Shortly after I realized I was cut I panicked and felt a pain in my lower abdomen, but i believe this pain was caused by my panic as I have not felt it since. The only symptom I seem to have is what is best described as an occasional feeling of very minor discomfort/pain. Should I go to the hospital ?

From this description,this is obviously superficial cut and there is no need to see doctor. It will heal spontaneously in few days ,just keep area clean. Wish you good health. Regards
