Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome back to HCM,
I've reviewed the snapshot, and it's mostly appearing like heat-rash and the hyperpigmented area can be there after any manipulation (excessive scratching/rubbing etc.)..
In order to guide you more specifically, let me know a few details:
Are the rashes only over the forehead ?
Do they itch ? Any other associated complaints ?
Any pain over the area ?
Does it happen during any specific season / excessive sweating ?
Any other problem ? Is there any recent history of cough/ cold/ infection/ fever etc. (it's important as the similar presentation can be there even after any stressful condition i.e. Fever/cold/respiratory tract infection or even constipation) ?
It's mostly self-limiting condition, she can apply soothing Aloe-vera or Lactocalamine lotion over the area for next 3-4 days.. take cold water bath twice daily during this episode and avoid applying soaps over the area.. stay well hydrated by drinking a lot of water..
Eating healthy and nutritious home made meals will help to heal faster, avoid sour/ too spicy/ junk/ deep fried foods for the time being..have plenty of seasonal fresh fruits along with..
Avoid direct sunlight exposure..Keep the area dry and do-not apply nails/ no scratching/manipulating the area as there's always chances of getting it infected ..
In case, the rashes/marks persist for more than a week or get excessively itchy/painful, please consult a Dermatologist for a detailed physical examination of the area and manage accordingly..
Let me know if there's any further queries..
Take Care
Kind Regards
