Supportive care only

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i can be in your shoes because i just had it an hour ago myself . Its a very safe procedure. No worries. Even with needle injury at the dura , they follow you up at a week or two and rule out any local infection which is highly unlikely with aseptic measures. So hang in there. Epidural steriods start working in a week or two. Till then continue the painkillers and most importantly the posture and physiotherapy exercises as with out these epidural shot is of no use. Its a few month window of pain free life , a chance to work hard with the back muscles and spine to strengthen them enough to start supporting the spine.
Now the inability to keep warm, i would simply recommend a thyroid hormone assay and should be considered for thyroxine dose increment. Wear warmer clothes and staying compliant to medication helps for sure. Dont worry for cold intolerance. It happens.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
