Question : I have a raw spot on the tip of my penis. Std tests are negative. What cream can I use

You are concerned about a raw area on the tip of your penis. This is probably eczema of the penis. I usually recommend using OTC hydrocortisone for 1-2 weeks if this does not wotk then ask your doctor for a low dose triamcinalone cream. This is just a bit more powerful steroid cream and will stop the redness and raw area. This is a chronic condition and I recommend using the cream on and off depending on symptoms. You can not use the cream daily as it will cause damage to the skin but if you use it sparingly it will control your symptoms
