Question: hello doctor

I have red rash / spots on my groin. another doctor
told me to use anti fungal cream which I did & it reduced the redness but I can still see spots

what can they be , what should I do next ?

Thanks for providing clinical picture. It is definitely Fungal infection . fungal Infection takes a long time for reduction ,its advisable to continue the application of anti fungal ointment for another 2-3 weeks for complete resolution of lesion .
