I read your question and i understand your concern. This tiny purplish blotch is likely a friction, common in coitus and / or masturbation. All it needs is abstinence from intimacy for a few days, good hygiene and if painful or itching, applying some topical hydrocortisone cream over it. These self resolve in a few days to maximum a week or two.
