Question : Noticed this bump on my back about a month ago. Roughly size of pencil eraser. Haven't noticed change in size and it has not cleared up.

I have read your question and I have also reviewed the image.

Seems a little eczematous. Is it itchy? Or painful?

Brief Answer:
I suggest you to use a superpotent topical steroid cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you.

As I said, it looks eczematous i.e the bump is elevated, the overlying skin is red/ violaceous, shiny, elevated and has irregular surface (prominent skin markings).
If I was the treating doctor I would have suggested you to apply a topical superpotent steroid cream e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05% Or halobetasol propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily.

Regards
