Brief Answer:
Compress the area and put an ice pack.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Taking Eliquis can be associated with more than normal bleeding from a small cut. It is best to keep the area pressed and apply ice pack wrapped in a towel on that area. This will help in stopping the bleeding in 10-15 minutes. In case the bleeding persists then do attend an ER for proper compression bandage.
I hope this answers your query.
