Suggest Remedies For A Small Painful Protrusion Behind The Anus

Question : About a month and a half before a small protrusion began to emerge at the back of the anus for my daughter.

She is 1 and half years old.

Not this protrusion is bigger and Every time you try to defecate she start crying .

the doctor said it need a surgery and there is no other ways

please what do you advise me and i have attached a pictures

Hello. I just red through your question.
Firstly, we want to make sure her stools are soft. If they are hard, they only exacerbate the problem.
With that said, because your daughter is experiencing pain, surgery is most likely the only thing to alleviate the problem. It is very rare that with softening the stool the problem corrects itself, especially because we have noticed it worsening over time and not improving.
My recommendation would be to use stool softeners to hel with her discomfort, and discuss at length what would be involved in the surgery to correct it.

The surgery is a fairly common one. In most cases the children are discharged home on the same day. The doctors will explain to you how to change the dressings. Other than that, her care at home should not change.

my last question please, she is traveling tomorrow to our country so her doctor will see her, the flight is about 7 hours and i want to know if there is anything we can put for her so she don't feel the same pain until we reach our country please .

I would just make sure she is on a soft diet so as to make her bowel movements softer, especially while in flight.
