Question : I am having swelling in my left ankle foot and left, some swelling on the right side but mostly on the left. There has not been an injury to this area. What do I do?

It can be ankle synovitis

Hello,
I have studied your case. I think this is due to collection of fluid in the ankle joint.It is called ankle synovitis. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Hot water fomentation
2.Volitran gel local application
3.Tablet Etorixoxib one daily.
4.compression bandage.
