Question : Good day i need help i had this terrible zit on my penis a month ago i believe in the action not all came out so weak ago i noticed it sensitive so i tried to get something out in this case i believe i made it worse it started to become bigger and i decided to open it a lot of white and brown stuff came out and my skin is feeling weird with an dark brown red look from it i m no where near an Dr and i need assistance

This looks like a word caused by repeated manipulation. I will suggest that you stop picking on it all the times. I recommend that you cleanse twice daily with an antiseptic solution such as betadine. Avoid tight fitting underwear and try to keep this area airy and dry. In the interim, avoid sex. For now, am not in support of antibiotics. I will like that you send a second image in 48hours and at that time, please, do not apply any cream so that I can fully see the edges of the wound. If at that time I deem it necessary, I will recommend an antibiotic and maybe further testing.

good morning Dr i have attached an photo of the wound its clear now i cleaned it with detol antiseptic what worries me is the dark shades around the wound could the infection spread
