Question : It started on the 5th, I had a change of diet for a few days but when I got back on it didnt help. My mom has a mold problem that's affected her and maybe it affected me too. My stomach has been hurting for 8 days, there was 2 days it didn't hurt. I've been having the feeling of throwing up but i haven't. The only time I did was when it started, on the 5th. I've been really fatigued, like I don't have the energy to make a meal, or even leave the house besides for work. I started out not hungry for anything. Now I'm hungry but not enough for a meal. Snacking only makes me feel better for not even an hour. I feels like any minute I could throw up but it just sits in my throat.

Brief Answer:
Enteritis or stomach flu.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Most likely it's gastroenteritis. Usually, gastroenteritis is by viral infection(Noro virus) and is self-limiting, Takes five to seven days, but as you mentioned its already more than a weak so most likely you are having either bacterial or protozoal infection or a mixed infection.

I would suggest you go for few tests:
Ultrasound abdomen
Stool test under microscope
Complete blood count
Total and differential leucocyte count.

If the stool test is positive for bacterial or protozoal infection.Start taking Zithromax(Azithromycin 500 mg once daily) and Secnidazole 1 gram daily for 5 days (you may require a prescription from your local physician for these).

Along with it take Fybrogel husk, It will increase bulk of stool.
For pain, Paracetamol can be taken.

Eat light and easily digestible food.
Drink plenty of water and electrolytes to maintain rehydration.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks!
