Brief Answer:
there are some options

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

you can do any of the following:

- use paracetamol regularly. Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is a mild analgesics which potentiates the effects of other analgesics when taken together with them.
- use a NSAID when the pain is unbearable (if not contraindicated because of renal problems, severe hypertension, gastrointestinal bleeding history, etc)
- use a lower potency opioid like low dose codeine pills (codeine 10-30mg) with paracetamol or even alone as needed.

If you need breakthrough pills every day then perhaps you should discuss it with the treating doctor...

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
