Question : I found a little lump in the photo attached tonight, it start of small, I scratch it a little bit and it got bigger, tiny amount of blood (stopped), what is it?

It's looking like an allergic reaction.
Probably scratching has caused bleed from it.
Apply a mild steroid cream like cortisone twice daily for a week.
This should help you.
It is usually available over the counter.
