Brief Answer:
NO chance of infections

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear ,
Welcome to Health Care Magic,
I understand your concern,

There is no risk for the HIV and blood borne infections.
If it was direct blood to blood contact, then it would be high chance.
There is minimal risk in through oral route.
If there is major cut in hand and mouth, then only it would be of some risk.

If you have still worry, then I would suggest to undergo the PCR RNA test for infection (very accurate test) 4-5 week after incident.

Hope I have answered your question
If you have further query then I will be happy to help you.

Best Regards
Dr. Sagar

Thanks Sir.

It was just semen which seems quite soaked by bed sheet.

My dose not have any cut in his hand or mounth.
The thing which is concerning me lot is his gums are puffed, As there will his teeth start coming after 1 and half month.

After this incident i examine my son mouth to ensure whether the gums has left the place for teeth or not .
But gums was ok.

Now my concern is can anything happen to puffed gums

2.i heard and read that enzymes in saliva de activate the virus. And virus its self become non infected once it leaves a human host.

Brief Answer:
Salivary enzyme has anti virus activity.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back and thanks for follow up.
I understand your concern.
Do not worry.
Look dear,
Infection transmission has not been reported as a consequence of contact with semen.

It has no effect on the puffed gum.

Saliva has some anti virus properties:
- Protease inhibitor enzyme deactivate the virus and prevent the infection.
- Salivary gland secretion cause entrapment of virus particle.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have further question then I will be very happy to help you
Thanking you with best regards
