Question : I accidentally took allegra 24 only 12 hours after the first dosage

It's Allegra Allergy 24 hour 180mg.Took 1 tablet at 8PM the night before and 1 tablet at 8AM the following morning

Hi,
Allegra 180,long acting is ideally taken once a day. Yet, it is not a significant dose that you took, 12 hrs gap is not going to trouble you anyway. Just make sure you take it with a gap of 1 day from now on. That should do.
