Ecosprin 75 is a low dose aspirin. Taking 28 tablets are not likely to cause a liver toxicity in a healthy female. it can cause gastric acidity mild gastric bleeding or appearance of petechial spots on different parts of the body. it is best to consult a physician for an examination and get a gastric lavage done to minimize the side effects if she has taken the tablets recently.

3 days before she had 14 tablets of ecosprin75 and now 28 doesn't it affect anything serious?
