Brief Answer:
Get ECG

Detailed Answer:
his usually presents with pain in upper part of abdomen.
However, we should rule out any evidence of Gall Bladder stones that can cause the pain.

If you have any hunger pains, any fullness of stomach or gaseous distension of abdomen after taking meals, you should go for:

1. Upper GI Endoscopy- To rule out Peptic ulcers.

2. Ultrasound Abdomen- To rule out Gall Bladder stones.

I would recommend following for Acid reflux:
1. To take a combination of Rabeprazole and Domperidone.

2. To take Anti gas syrups like Digene in acute acidity.

3. Take Soft and Bland diet.

4. Walk after all meals.

5. Avoid oily, spicy food in diet.

6. Say No to alcohol and smoking, in case you do.

Hi, in that case, it seems just Acidity and the medicines we have discussed would help you in the symptoms.
However, we also recommend to get an ECG done in case you have heart burn so that to rule out any cardiac event.
I hope it helps you.
Stay Healthy.
