Question : Hi Doctor,

I have been facing problem with pimples and heat boiles coming up on my face since last two months .can you please advise how to get red of them. thanks in advance

Hello
Thanks for the query.
Pimples can be controlled with the use of benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel in night and clindamycin gel in morning.
Use salicylic acid based face wash to wash your face.
Try this for a month.
Drink lot of water and reduce oily food.
Also take salads before every meal.
