Question: Is this acne or something else? Been trying so many things yet it still stays the same! Skin only worsed thanks to getting chicken pox real late in my life...

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it looks like acne vulgaris.
I can appreciate pimples, comedones along with lots of dryness on your face.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily at bedtime and apply nadifloxacin gel on the affected areas twice daily.
Besides this use a non comedogenic moisturising cream on your face.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
