Question : Is this acne or something else? Been trying so many things yet it still stays the same! Skin only worsed thanks to getting chicken pox real late in my life...

Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it looks like acne vulgaris.
I can appreciate pimples, comedones along with lots of dryness on your face.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily at bedtime and apply nadifloxacin gel on the affected areas twice daily.
Besides this use a non comedogenic moisturising cream on your face.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
