Question : My wife suffers from acute constipation. Please suggest some effective homeopathic medicine.

Homeopathy medicine are safe to use and has no side effect.
Medicine are mode effective in such case.
I am suggesting some homeopathic medicine for you and suggest you to start as prescribed.
You may start with

Hydrastis Q 20 drops with half cup of water three times in a day.
Alumina 30 6 pills in every 2 hour.
Opium 30 6 pills 4 times in day
she will be alright in 1-2 days
If she is not getting relief then add "Yellows tablet" (Brand name yellow tablet) 4 tablet sublingual three times in a day.
Medicine is prescribes in chronic case of constipation.

Advice: Drink RO purified water.
Avoid junk food, alcohol etc
