Brief Answer:
yes bupropion with other symptomatic medicines

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX

Welcome back.

Yes there are medicines to stop gutka. But remember that for any deaddiction the most important thing is person's desire to quit. Medicines help to reduce withdrawal. Bupropion also reduces craving for gutka.

If you want to stop immediately ,that is the best decision.

I recommend starting-
Propranolol in morning after breakfast
Etizolam (etilam or etizolam) one in morning and one in noon
Bupropion in morning and evening.
Some mutlivitamin and stool softener can be added if needed.
Keep regular sleep, food and exercise.

You may feel some discomfort for 2-3 days which can be controlled with adjustment of dose of medicines.

You can stop propranolol and etizolam gradually in one month but bupropion should be continued for 4-6 months.

You need to consult psychiatrist for prescription as well as motivational counseling and supportive psychotherapy.

All the best and feel free to discuss further.
