Question : My sister took 60 intake of combiflam under depression please let me know how to cure the effects on the organs. She is not able to breath properly. She had almost 10 12 episodes of vomiting and 3 5 losmotions and now her head is rotating.

60 combiflam tablets can effect stomach as well as the kidneys in a very bad way. Now that she is vomiting persistently and having loose stool, I will urge you to take her to the emergency centre at the earliest. She needs intravenous fluids. Her vitals as well as organ function / kidney function as well as electrolytes needs to be monitored.
Please take her to the nearest hospital for immediate medical attention.

At the emergency care, a gastric lavage may be performed with an effort to remove any unabsorbed pills. This process may be skipped since she has already vomited multiple times.
Intravenous fluid should be administered through an intravenous port (IV canula). Her basic kidney function test and arterial blood gas analysis will be performed. Besides these other battery of test including serum electrolytes will be performed. These blood test should be conducted at regular interval to monitor the status. Further management which include assisted ventilation and dialysis would be started if necessary.
The aforementioned treatment will be carried out under close monitoring preferably in an intensive care unit.
