Question : Hello, my son who is 21 years old has a painful lump next to his rectom that's associated with an unusual elevated stretch mark and tonsil stones. He also has an abscess under his arm pit.

Swelling near Rectum/Anus could be an Abscess.
The pus should be drained. After drainage, he should be kept on broad spectrum Antibiotics and Anti inflammatory tablets.
Abscess in the axilla also has to be drained.
If Tonsillar infection is present, antibiotic and anti inflammatory tablet will help.
Nothing to worry.
