Hello dear

I have seen your picture and i see both black moles & red bumps also.
Do not worry dear & don't jump at cancer conclusion .
Black mole looks normal.
Red bumps may be allergic reaction,insect bite or infection of hair follicles.
you can try some anti allergic, topical steroids, antibiotics.
If it will not respond then consult skin specialist.
Don't panic, it can't be cancer.
If this moles will increase in size & numbers, bleeding then you consult oncologist & do some test like biopsy.
