Brief Answer:
Seems to be furuncle, requires oral antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be a furuncle which is due to bacterial infection of the hair follicle.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take oral antibiotics like tablet containing combination of amoxicillin clavulanic acid 625 mg twice daily for 7-10 days.
You should continue with topical mupirocin cream and ibuprofen tablets for pain.
This antibiotic is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Thank you , hopefully it will heal with out antibiotics and just with the cream . I cant get in to see my dr since when i tried to call they rudely told me to call a dermatologist and currerntly i do not have one .. So hppefully it will clear up .. Since its seems to be getting better :)
Brief Answer:
Will take longer to heal with only topical antibiotic
Detailed Answer:
It can getter better with the cream but without oral antibiotics it will take much longer time.
It would have been much better if you could start with oral antibiotics.
