Question : what pain reliever can I take safely with cordorone for back pain

Mostly fine

Detailed Answer:
cordorone has complex interactions.
but it doesn't affect everything
Tylenol
aspirin like drugs
narcotics do not have that much of an interaction

I do not recommend tramadol with it.

BUT
that is only a small part of the answer because while cordorone does my interact with many drugs the conditions for which it is used interact a LOT!
edema states do badly w aspirin like drugs
heart disease does also
arrhythmia does too

basically Tylenol or narcotics mostly
