Thus started before 3 years. Suddenly started while stayed on hostel.. no itching... I'm yet to marry so quick solution please

Noted that this started 3 years back when you were in hostel. Worried as you have to get married.
The photograph you have provided indicates that this is hyperpigmented patch of skin.
Since there are so many causes that have to be confirmed or ruled out and the treatment includes the medicines that are available only on a valid prescription of a Doctor I would first advise you to get an opinion and treatment of a Dermatologist preferably.
Till then you can certainly try the natural ways to get this lighten up.
You may please use the following:
Apply aloe vera twice daily.
Start taking multivitamins with Lycopene, this helps a lot.
Avoid exposure to direct sun as it has direct effect on the skin by using the pigmentation in already affected skin.
Do not over-treat it by doing half-hazard things as it may increase the problems.
Please start this method till you see a Dermatologist and you may get the results.
Since this does not look anything serious, this should not have any hindrance
for your married life, I hope.
Stop worrying about this at the moment as too much stress and anxiety adds to the problems like this.
