Brief Answer:
may need to be reviewed , maybe second degree

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Blisters can form in any aspect of the skin as a result of some burns, they may sometimes indicate that the burn is severe because it gives an idea of the layer of skin affected, it may be a second degree burn.

This means that you may need to revisit either your doctor or emergency center for another assessment.

It may be difficult since they are in the mouth, but it is best for the blisters to burst on their own. This reduces the chance of infection.

If the solution for mouth pain does not contain an antiseptic as well, you may want to try to a combination such as chloroseptic throat spray/gargle or covonia throat spray.
These contain pain relief as well as antiseptic to reduce the risk of infection.

Avoid sharp , crunchy, spicy or citric foods that may aggravate the area.

When your doctor reviews the area, he or she may suggest antibiotics as well

Healing would occur with appropriate treatment

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
