Question : hello doctor,
my son is 19 months old , he burnt his hand and got blisters in palm. please let me know what should I apply to his palm.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Since this is the case of a child I would insist you to visit a doctor and to get him evaluated. As of now you need to apply ice over the affected area. Subsequently you need to apply silver nitrate lotion (available in brands like silverex). It is very important to give plenty of fluids. This is very important.
