Brief Answer:
Use cortisone

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Sun burn is an allergic reaction.
It can be treated with the use of a mild steroid cream like cortisone to be applied twice daily for a week.
It is safe and effective.
There should not be any prolonged exposure to sunlight during this week.
It is also important to use a good sunscreen with spf 40.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
