Question : I have been very bloated lately. Had bowel movement with much blood came out with blood in stool as well. Have had two bowel movements with same results.

The history is suggestive of intestinal infection as there is bloating and blood in stool.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the stool tested - this will give an idea about infection, blood and guide for further management.
A course of an antibiotic, Metronidazole, probiotics, activated charcoal tablets.
Needs a prescription.
See the results, if the problem gets solved, well and good.
If it does not, may need further clinical evaluation, examination and colonoscopy by a Gastroenterologist to get the correct diagnosis and have an effective treatment.
Cutting back on meals does not help; have the foods as tolerated.
Continue water and liquids to maintain hydration and electrolyte balance.
