Suggest Remedies For Bloating And Flatulence

Sounds like gastrointestinal inflammation/irritation. PPIs might help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXX,
Thank you for posting your question, I understand your concern.
Bloating and flatulence could be related to inflammation of the stomach and intestines and possibly disturbance of the normal intestinal microbial flora.
The urge to go to toilet immediately after food is most likely due to increased production of gas in the intestines by some bacteria.
In my opinion, you will benefit from taking Sporolac (Lactic acid bacillus spores) to replenish the good gut microbes.
Bloating can be reduced by taking a short course of Proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole 20 mg twice a day half an hour before meals for 5 days.
Apart from this, make sure you are not eating excessive amounts of pulses/beans, they do cause in an increased tendency for flatulence.
Eat at regular intervals, avoid excessively oily and fried foods.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat a balanced diet.
Exercise regularly.
If you do not see any improvement with the aforementioned steps, I would recommend you to consult your local doctor and get yourself examined to rule out any infective pathology.
I hope this answers your query, please feel free to write back to me if you have any doubts.
Wishing you good health.
Best regards

Yes, Please continue Sompraz D for another 10 days. Take Sporolac
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
Thank you for clarifying.
Yes, you should continue Sompraz for 10 more days since you are not noticing any improvement yet.
But most importantly, I would suggest you to add Sporolac. Take one XXXXXXX in morning and one in the night.
Reduce pulses.
Drink plenty of water.
Along with Sompraz, you can take syrup containing Simethicone, this will reduce flatulence.
I hope this answers your query.
