Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Your case is one of the most difficult situations. You have no ischemia but you have heavy calcified arteries on CT scan.
In your case coronary angiography is not mandatory but is desirable.
In case you decide not to undergo coronary angiography, you should repeat the stress test in 3 months.

Take care

Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

I would advise you to undergo simple tresmil test or stress echocardiography, if the test is negative, then nothing to worry, just repeat it in 6 months. If it comes back positive, then coronary angiography will be a good decision.

Wishing you a good health
