Brief Answer:
It may be asthma/COPD.

Detailed Answer:
Hello friend,
Thanks for posting your query on CHM.

First I would like to know if you are a smoker, are you alergic to anything. ...like dust, smoke, do you suffer from any acidity/reflux disease, is there any wheez while breathing?

To me it looks like asthma or COPD. You should first get a chest x Ray done if it's already not done. This will help in ruling out any other lung pathology. Then you should get a spirometry done which may help in diagnosing asthma/ COPD.

In the meanwhile you may take a tablet of montair lc, a pan 40 and aerocort inhaler 2 puffs 2 to 3 times a day.

Avoid dust and smoke and extreme weather and do some deep breathing exercises.

I hope this answers your query.
